Congratulations to Battlab member Paige Mason who presented a plenary session at the recent PHECC Prehospital Research Day on November 13th in Maynooth, Ireland. Paige presented her Master’s research into paramedic flourishing and wellbeing at work in the Ottawa Paramedic Service.
Her work supports a strengths-based approach to supporting paramedics in the workplace to flourish and enjoy their work. Congratulations Paige!
