Paige presented her Master&#8217;s research into paramedic flourishing and wellbeing at work in the Ottawa Paramedic Service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Her work supports a strengths-based approach to supporting paramedics in the workplace to flourish and enjoy their work.
